The LiftMaster LA400PKGUL is a UL listed, 24VDC residential swing gate operator kit designed for single or dual swing gates up to 16 ft long and 850 lb. It's marketed as a complete package that includes the gate arm/arm kit, control board, battery backup, safety photo eye, and remotes, with optional myQ app integration and solar readiness.
