Requirements

- 12V-24V DC Input
- 12 VDC 5A 60 watt class 2 wall-wart power supply (Input supply to the board)
- Powers readers and other door hardware directly from the bus
- Operating Amperage: 35mA (Continuous amperage draw when idle)
- Power delivery to the peripheral is shared among all ports. Total output to peripherals is 4 AMPs at 12V when powered with the included 5 AMP wall adapter.
- *12V 8ah backup battery not included but is required to comply with UL 294.
NOTE: for proper operation, use the provided power supply. When not using the provided power supply, PDK recommends using a regulated power supply that outputs no greater than 24 volts as measured with a multimeter.
