The Potter PAD300-SB is an addressable sounder base designed for use with fire alarm systems, offering both flexibility and independent programmability.
Features
- Integrates directly into fire alarm systems and can be configured for single station, zone, or all-call operations
- Operates independently of the detector, allowing customized responses
- Reproduces any sound pattern sent from the power supply—supports virtually any alert signal needed
- The detector head locks into the base but can be removed on-site for service or upgrade
- Does not consume a device address on the signaling line circuit (SLC), while remaining fully programmable
- Follows the power source to activate/deactivate in sync with system signals
- Meets key fire safety/notification device standards
- Can be mapped to any input device connected to the control panel
- Compatible with Class A, Class X, and Class B wiring
- Accepts 22 to 12 AWG wire sizes
