Description
DoorKing 1812-081 is the Classic surface-mount telephone entry/intercom system used for residential gates and doors, letting you talk to visitors and open a gate/door from your regular phone line. It is part of DoorKing's 1812 Classic series and is typically supplied in a stainless steel, NEMA 4X-rated surface housing for outdoor use.
Features
- Uses the existing home or small business phone line as an intercom to speak with visitors at a gate or door, then trigger the gate/door relay to open
- Allows control of up to 2 access points (for example, a vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate or door) via built-in relays
- Lets visitors press the call button; the system rings inside with a distinctive double ring so you can tell it apart from normal calls
- Hands-free, full duplex digital audio (both parties can talk at the same time, like a normal phone call)
- Up to 3 pre-programmed call-out phone numbers for forwarding calls (for example, to a mobile if no one answers the primary number)
- Up to 50 four-digit entry codes for keypad access, including features such as "Do Not Disturb" time zone, hold-open time zones, and a built-in time clock
