Description
The SDC LR100FAK-EM is a retrofit electric latch retraction kit (QuietDuo LR100 Series) with an external control module, designed specifically for Falcon (Dor-O-Matic) 1790 rim and 1690 concealed vertical rod exit devices on 33-inch doors.
Features
- Provides motorized electric latch retraction and dogging for panic and fire-rated Falcon 1690/1790 devices, allowing electric access control while maintaining free egress
- When powered, it retracts the latch and depresses the pushpad so the door can be pushed or pulled like a regular passage door (momentary or sustained/dogged operation)
- Only for Falcon Dor-O-Matic 1690 (CVR) and 1790 (rim) exit devices that match the specified rail length and door width; 33-inch version is intended where the standard internal module will not fit
- External module (control board) mounts in the power supply enclosure or remote junction box, freeing space within the exit device rail
