Description
Speco RMC is a remote management platform and license that allows secure browser-based access to supported Speco systems such as access control panels and other connected devices from a centralized portal. It is usually purchased as a "1 site" license, meaning it enables remote management for a single customer location or system instance.
When enabled and properly licensed, RMC provides remote configuration, monitoring, and management of Speco Access control panels, including changing settings, reviewing activity, and performing administrative tasks without being on site. It relies on an installer or administrator account created through Speco's RMC portal to authenticate and securely link each site to the remote console service.
Basic Setup Overview
To use RMC, an installer first enables RMC inside the local Speco Access panel configuration, then associates that panel with a valid RMC license for the site. The installer or administrator then registers an online account at the RMC web portal and completes the registration and linking steps so the panel appears in the remote console for ongoing access.
