Silent Knight® 005815XL Signaling Line Circuit Expander for IntelliKnight® Fire Control Panels
005815XL signaling line circuit (SLC) expanders increase the capabilities of IntelliKnight® fire control panels (FACPs) by allowing an additional 99 modules and 99 detectors or 127 addressable devices to be attached to the system. These SLC expanders connect to the panel via the RS-485 bus. A green LED on the board blinks to indicate good communication. If an addressable device on the expander fails, the loop communicates the failure to the panel and continues to operate normally.
