Description
DoorKing 1810-080 is the surface-mount version of the DoorKing 1810 telephone entry system, used to control access for doors or gates at small to medium facilities like apartments, gated communities, and offices.
Features
- A complete, self-contained telephone entry/intercom unit with a built-in lighted paper directory and keypad in a surface-mount stainless steel housing
- Typically used at vehicle or pedestrian gates and lobby doors to let visitors call a resident or office, who then grants or denies access from their phone
- Stores up to 600 phone numbers (telephone directory entries) and up to 1,000 entry codes, with several 5-digit "special needs" codes
- Uses full-duplex voice communication over standard telephone lines; the resident presses "9" on their touch-tone phone to open the door or gate, or hangs up to deny entry
- Runs on a 16 VAC, 20 VA transformer, controls up to two access points via hardwired relays, and can be ordered with options like an internal CCTV camera and heater kit for cold climates
- Programmable via the system or telephone keypad, with 1-4 digit directory codes and up to 16-digit dialing
- Includes built-in time clock, hold-open and entry code time zones, "flash" temporary codes, postal lock provision, LED-lit keypad and directory, and non-volatile EEPROM memory
