Description
The Z-Wave Smart Garage Door Controller and Remote Controller Accessory opens and closes a sectional garage door remotely through a Z-Wave certified Gateway or Security Panel. By adding the Z-Wave GD00Z-8-GC to your smart home system, prior to remotely activated door motions, you will receive audio and visual warnings. It is compatible with virtually any automatic garage door opener connected to a sectional garage door.
Installers need only set up and mount the unit in the garage gateway and plug it in. The Z-Wave Smart Garage Door Controllers have easy installation, but they have accessories like a wireless tilt sensor that has mounting brackets that attach to the inside of the existing garage door. The tilt sensor sends a status to the smart garage door controller if it is open or closed.
